In my role at Exco Partners, I spearheaded design initiatives while mentoring a talented team of designers.
My focus on user testing best practices and service design fundamentals ensured that our designs were both innovative and user-centric.
I organised design meetups to foster collaboration and shared learning.
Additionally, I developed internal learning materials on AI, inclusive design, and accessibility to enhance our team’s knowledge.
